Leaders feel under pressure to deliver for shareholders, employees and customers, while always ‘having it together’. I provide a sounding board for you to do your best thinking, to determine what matters and turn that thinking into action.
Stepping into a new role
It is important to build strong foundations for success in the first three to six months of a role. Setting your strategy and navigating new relationships are two cornerstones in that process. I work with you to better understand your new ecosystem, find your voice, grow in confidence and plot both your near and longer-term course.

I provide a non-judgemental space to untangle your thinking, uncover what may be holding you back, and give you the freedom to explore new paths.

Building relationships and taking people with you becomes ever more important with seniority. You need to understand better your impact on others and what drives your behaviour. You want to lead with greater authenticity and effectiveness. Through 360º feedback and psychometric testing, we can work to increase your awareness of how to use your strengths to become even more effective.

A team of stars with a clear goal does not automatically equate to high performance. Building a foundation of trust and openness that supports healthy debate, encourages buy-in and accountability is crucial to success. Working with you and the team, I help you assess the dynamics at play, create space for each voice to be heard, explore potential ways forward and create a culture that fosters excellence.
Each coaching engagement is bespoke. An initial one-to-one engagement typically includes six monthly meetings with the option for support in between and after. During each engagement, we will set goals, as well as explore and agree upon ways to track progress.
