Prior to becoming a business coach, I spent over 20 years in professional services. I began my career at Morgan Stanley, where I spent nine years in equity research and then sales and trading, first in New York and then in London. After leaving to pursue a Masters in history, I joined McKinsey as a consultant, before moving into executive and board search.

I have spent over a decade focused on talent and succession challenges in, and on the way to, the boardroom. I have built extensive experience in both senior executive and non-executive appointments, and leadership assessments. I bring an understanding of the commercial dynamics across a wide variety of industries and ownership structures, having worked across publicly-listed, privately owned, and private equity-backed environments.

An accredited coach, I am a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme. Meyler Campbell is one of the world’s leading business coaching organisations which works closely with Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard universities. The Mastered programme is accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and has been awarded the European Quality Award by the EU.

Born and raised in Virginia, I moved to London in the early 2000s. I now live with my husband in Hampshire, where I enjoy time with family, friends and long walks in the countryside.
